About the Author

My name is Joshua Falco, and I am a marketing professional who currently live in the Chicagoland area! I am a foodie with a heart for faith. What started as a way to explore the food scene in Peoria has grown into a space where I share not just restaurant reviews, but also reflections on deepening my Christian walk.

I grew up Christian when I was young, but stopped practicing when I stopped going to Religious Education in 4th grade. I then found a rekindling of my faith (or should I say, Jesus found me) when I was a sophomore in high school. Since then, I have committed to this lifelong journey of spreading the love of Jesus.

I love food, and although I’m not the BEST at cooking, I love to enjoy and explore all types of cuisines, and I am on a mission to find out what my favorite place to eat is.
